ORGANIZING AUTHORITY: HCIA Sanctioned event,sponsored by CLSA's Highlander Fleet # 4

RULES: Governed by RRS 2009-2012 except as may be modified by SI's.

SAILING INSTRUCTIONS: available at registration.

COURSES: As outlined in S.I.'s

ELIGIBILITY: per RGHR

SCORING: As per RRS Appendix A low point system except there will be no throw outs,
          all races will be scored, one race will constitute a series.

ENTRY FEE: $35, with $5 discount for US sailing members.

SCHEDULE:
June 6
   0900-1130 Registration
   1200 Competitor's Meeting @ RC Boat
   1300 Start of first race, with many more races to immediately follow.
          after racing: cocktails and world-famous Beaugard's Pork Dinner
June 7
0915 additional races to start, more to follow, no races to
          start after 1130. Lunch and trophies immediately following racing.

Misc: Excellent competition expected, great chance to tune-up with past and present National Champions, it's going to be a Highlander party, PLEASE COME JOIN US!
